PERMANENT HAIR REMOVAL

Achieving Permanent Hair Growth Reduction with ELIXA’s Hair Growth Inhibitor

The best phase for treatment using ELIXA’s Hair Growth Inhibitor would be the ‘growth’ or Anagen phase; because once the hair is removed from the root during the growth phase, the dermal papillae is exposed. The Hair Growth Inhibitor’s active ingredients can now penetrate to the dermal papillae or ‘hair root’ and its destruction can take place along with a constrictive action on the follicle.

Therefore we do recommend removal of the hair from the root while the hair is as short as possible. Over a period of time ELIXA’s Hair Growth Inhibitor will deplete and shrink the follicle and destroy the hair root therefore leading to permanency.

Results are very individual and may vary from person to person; permanent results are seen following the recommended treatment schedule. The number of treatments necessary will depend upon several factors including the growth cycles of the hair, previous methods of hair removal used, medical history, heredity and normal physiological changes. If the client has an underlying medical condition or hormonal imbalance, it must be addressed before permanent results are to be achieved.

A series of treatments may be necessary. Treating with ELIXA’s Hair Growth Inhibitor involves repetition in regular intervals of the full treatment. We recommend at least 6 sessions of treatments using ELIXA’s Hair Growth Inhibitor. Successive and regular treatments are imperative over a period of several months to completely treat all targeted hair through a complete hair growth cycle.

As many as 18 treatments may be required although results may be seen in as few as one session. The preferences of each individual will determine whether or not the remaining hair re-growth is acceptable or not.

A visible decrease in hair re-growth can be seen in as little as one treatment but may require up to 6 treatments depending on the depilation history and genetic disposition of the individual and can therefore be different from one person to another.

Hair growth can be influenced and induced by hormones, for instance due to pregnancy, age or use of medication, by stress as well as changes in climate, and can have an impact on the long term effect of the treatment for hair re-growth reduction.
